Letter block sizes for Name Bracelets

I want to call attention to letter block sizes. I see many "competitor" companies increasingly using smaller letter block sizes for their mother bracelets or name bracelets. There are basically two sizes of sterling silver letter blocks: 5.6mm and 4.5mm. Many times these companies are making these customized bracelets using the smaller 4.5mm letter blocks and it's hard to see the difference in pictures on the internet. The 4.5mm letter blocks are fine to use if making a smaller child's bracelet. But when you're using these letters for adult name bracelets, it just doesn't look proportional to the other larger elements used in the bracelet and the larger hands, wrists, etc. I always use 5.6mm letter blocks for adult name bracelets and the smaller for the children. So, be careful to check out the sizes when looking into customized name bracelets. And one more thing...the price of a 4.5mm letter block name bracelet should be less expensive than the larger letter block name bracelet. It would be a shame if you ordered a name bracelet with smaller letter blocks and paid the same price as the larger letters!
